How Does it Work?
Below we outline the process of getting your building purchased, manufactured and delivered, all the way through erecting the structure.
Step 1 - Request a Quote
Head over to our Quote Request page and provide us with some basic details about what you’re looking to build. One of our metal building experts will be in touch with you soon to verify your request and produce a quote.
Step 2 - Submit Your Order
Once you and your building consultant have determined the basic design of your new building, you sign the purchase order and place a small deposit to cover the engineering and be assigned a project manager.
Step 3 - Finalize Your Design
You and your project manager verify that the building is designed appropriately for your area, and also that it meets the needs of your specific use case. Once satisfied, you sign off on the design and we produce wet stamped blueprints for you to procure your permits with, and also enter your project into the manufacturing queue.
Step 4 - Get Your Permits
Once you have received your blueprints, take those to your city/county’s building department. They will use these to award you your building permits.
Step 5 - Receive Delivery
The building will arrive on a 40′ flatbed truck. Depending on the conditions of your job site, you’ll need either a fork lift or a rough terrain telehandler to pull the pallets off the truck.
Step 6 - Erect Your Building
You’ll be provided with a detailed set of erection drawings as well as a general erection manual. Follow the steps outlined in these documents and you’ll have your building up in no time!
